An older apartment in a nice but noisy central location
The location was great - walking distance to the centre of town, with good access to public transport. The apartment had a washing machine, which was convenient. It also had air-conditioning, which was welcomed during the hot weather. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive to any requests for assistance.
The emailed 'buttons' sent to open the door to the building and the lockbox for the key did not work. Fortunately, the building security helped us with access to the building. The rental agency was available on WhatsApp and were helpful in assisting us in accessing the lockbox. It was a very long day and access difficulties made it longer. The apartment is an older historic apartment. While this had charm, its condition was mixed. And the central location and closeness of public transport made it quite noisy despite closing all the windows and shutters. Milan has very strict garbage sorting with 7 separate bins, and this was quite hard to decipher. The rental contract to be signed electronically in advance was quite severe with a lot of penalties indicated. We also had to use a link to pay the tourist tax in advance. While we enjoyed the stay, the level of administration required would tip us over the edge to a hotel next time.

Всё, включая расположение, архитектуру, планировку апартаментов и интерьер, превосходно. К укомплектованностью обородованием, посудой, постельным бельём,и пр. никаких замечаний.
Что не понравилось. При заселении консьерж сказал, что лифт не работает. Пришлось чемоданы таскать по лестнице. Лифт работал. В последствии пользовались лифтом. Звукоизоляция на окнах позволяет слышать звук проходящих по соседней улице трамваев

Понравилось все.
Немного не дружелюбный консьерж совравший при заселении про не работающий лифт, ранние шумные трамваи и сирены. Вот и все минусы. Остальное только в плюсе.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dom entfernt. Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung.
Sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht richtig schließen. Das Bad war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da ein Duschvorhang bzw. ein Stöpsel fehlte, um das Wasser in der Badewanne zu halten. Im Bad ging ab dem zweiten Tag die Beleuchtung nicht.
