    Exceptional

Location, view, personal service (Loredana was fantastic with late check in and with responding to any questions we had) facilities including sauna and movie room and the thoughtful selection of breakfast provisions provided.

Location!, Everything within walking distance! Perfection!

Raoni welcomed us to an apartment with the most amazing view anyone can wish for. We were a family of 7 and the apartment had plenty of space for more guests. The apartment was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need during your stay. Its location was perfect, with many bars, restaurant and landmarks within walking distance. There is also a 24hrs supermarket just around the corner to buy groceries and everything you need. Waking up overlooking the grandeur and magnificence of the Colosseum was a dream come true. What else can you ask for? I hope to come back!

We loved walking distance stay in modern apartment in midst of many of Rome’s ancient treasures.

Excellent location, clear communication, property manager/host greeted on arrival and was available as needed. Great experience, lovely apartment.
