  Exceptional

  Francesco was a super good host. We arrived late but could communicate with him. His English is excellent and makes the communication so easy. The apartment is comfortable and very clean and beautiful. Great location. Francesco is very kind and helpful and let us check out very late. We really appreciate the kindness. This place is highly recommended.

  Exceptional

  So spacious and quiet. Wonderful location - the Colosseum was just down the road. And all other common tourist sites (except Vatican) are within walking distance. Lots of eateries, and supermarket and fruit and vegetable stall just minutes walk away. Apartment has every thing you could ever need for a holiday let; for us staying 5 days having the washing machine was wonderful. Luca and Monica (hosts) welcomed us, arranged airport transfers and gave us good advice about lesser known things to see in Rome. The next part is not a criticism but a description. The sleeping areas are not totally private. One is a large (very comfortable) sofa bed in the lounge and another on a mezzanine level open to the stairs. It is possible to close the door to the small room from which you access the stairs. There is a third bedroom with two single beds that can be closed off that we (parents) used as our dressing room. There is only 1 shower and that's in the main bathroom downstairs. The upper bathroom (toilet, basin and bidet), access through a very low doorway, has opaque glass sliding doors on one wall that open to a balcony railing over which you look down into the lower bathroom. All of this worked excellently for us, two married couples of parents and child.

  Perfect place to stay and a perfect host to match!

  Monica was amazing! She arranged our transport to and from the apartment and met us there. Monica took us through the entire apartment and explained everything, then went over a map of Rome with us and what train lines to catch to the Vatican. She was full of tips on everything. We even had bathrobes and slippers left for us!! Told us where to ask for a discount! We loved every minute of our stay! The apartment is in a perfect location! Most things were in walking distance. We would definitely come back to this amazing apartment and it’s friendly owner. Nothing was a hassle for her!

  Great value for money

  Everything was just perfect, Monica and Luca are great hosts, extremely friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of useful tips. The apartment is very well equipped, pretty much everything you could think of was provided. It was very spacious with 2 restrooms and a second bedroom upstairs. The second restroom was a pleasant surprise 😉 Location is also excellent with just several minutes to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants and cafes around. We'd be happy to come back here again.

  Nothing really, but some kitchen paper would have been a nice addition 😉
