Very nice apartment in the classic art style with own small terass and antique furniture. Temperatures in apartment was good almost all rooms air conditioned apart of one small bedroom but if keep its door open cool air from corridor is chilling the room. Kitchen is smal but has all required utensils and equipment. There is a sepatare dining room and guest room with nice sofas and armchairs and big TV. Apartment islocated in quiet safe place away from main road but to reach Coliseum and nearest restaurant and express market is only 10 min by walk. Also 3min from apartment there is a public transport station. Upon arrival you will receive comprehensive instruction about apartment equipment and services and also upload a marked Google map with close restaurants, shops etc recommended by estate Agency representative. Ciao Jordi and Maria! Apartment is located on the 1st floor so you need to come up about 20 steps first from the street gate and then on the house one, but steps are pretty wide and safe. As house is old you can hear your neighbors time after time but mainly it's quiet place. There is espresso capsules machine and landlord is keeping free capsules so you can enjoy a good coffee in the morning on a terass listening green parrots singing. It's very good apartment to relax and enjoy art decorations, can recommend it for family vacation in beautiful Rome.
There is no shopping places around apart of grossery shops and if you need to make some you need to travel about 20-25 minutes to the center of the city where the shopping centers are located.

The owners were great! The apartment was large and it was a great location!
The location was great. The Collusium was right there and there were some great restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies very near by. The apartment had large rooms and a well stocked kitchen with all appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
It was very dark-not alot of natural light. It wasn't really 2 bathrooms- the second "bathroom" was just a toilet and tiny sink behind a sliiding cloth covered plywood- no privacy.

Great Stay in a Perfect Location
The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a really pleasant atmosphere. The location was excellent – everything we needed was within easy reach. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
