  Gem in the heart of Monti

  A really good location, right in the heart of Monti and walking distance to central Rome, The Colleseum and Rome main train station. The nearest metro station on the doorstep. The host was really helpful, great communication throughout and easy check in. The apartment itself, modern, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a stay.

  Muy buena ubicación, cerca de muchos de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. El barrio tiene mucho movimiento. Hay supermercados y lugares para comer. Hay una estación de Subte a menos de una cuadra. Departamento cómodo, bien equipado.

  Si bien tiene un pequeño balcón, éste da a un patio interno de un local de comida por lo que hay ruido y un poco de olor a comida. También, el departamento tiene un poco de olor a humedad. Nada grave! El balcón tiene poca luz y sin vistas. Sin embargo entra buen aire al abrir las ventanas.

  The apartment itself is new, modern, and equipped with new appliances and furnishings. The location is fantastic — the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and many other main attractions are all very close and easy to reach. The neighborhood is also very nice and felt safe, and the neighbors were friendly as well.

  However, there were a few things that could have made our stay more comfortable. On the day of our arrival, our flight was delayed, and we felt quite a lot of pressure from the host regarding our exact arrival time. Unfortunately, flight and bus delays were completely outside of our control, and this made an already stressful travel day even more stressful because we were worried that we might arrive and not have anyone there to let us into the apartment. There is also normally a €30 fee for late check-in, although thankfully the host did not charge us this fee in the end, which we appreciated. On our first night, we also had no hot water. The host arranged for a technician to come the following day and the issue was resolved. A few small additions would also improve the experience. It would be very helpful to have some basic cleaning supplies available, especially something to clean hair from the floors. Spare towels would also be greatly appreciated. We would not expect anyone to come and change them during the stay, but for a four-night stay, having only one set of towels for the entire time did not feel very hygienic.

  Un soggiorno piacevole a Roma

  La struttura è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal Colosseo e vicinissima alla metropolitana. L'ambiente è pulito e confortevole, silenzioso nonostante la zona molto frequentata. I dintorni offrono localini e negozi non troppo standardizzati. La stanza era ampia e fornita di tutto il necessario. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'host.

  Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare. Suggerirei di posizionare un cestino in bagno e un poggia valigie nell'ingresso. Per il resto, tutto.ok.

  Apartamento en buena zona 100% recomendable

  Un apartamento perfecto para 2 personas, con una ubicación inmejorable, ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del Coliseo y tiene la parada de Metro Cavour al final de la calle, lo que facilita el desplazamiento a cualquier parte de la ciudad, aunque andando unos 20-30 minutos llegas a lugares como la Fontana de Trevi, Panteón, etc. El alojamiento está rodeado de bares/restaurantes por lo que no es necesario el desplazamiento para poder comer. Por lo que es el apartamento, se encuentra perfectamente cuidado y limpio, ofrece todo tipo de servicios como cafetera con capsulas, una pequeña cocina con vitro y sus utensilios, una nevera con vino y agua, cepillos de dientes, gorros de ducha y cuchillas a parte de las toallas, jabones y secador de pelo. Muy completo en todos los sentidos. Aún estando rodeado de bares, es un apartamento muy tranquilo y bien climatizado tanto para verano como invierno, ya que dispone de A/C y calefacción. Dispone también de una estantería con folletos y libros con lugares de interés y servicios de Roma, lo que es bastante útil. La propietaria es una mujer muy atenta y amable. Responde con rapidez a los mensajes y te ayuda con lo que necesitas. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin duda repetiría.
