    Great central location, we were able to walk to a lot of the top Rome attractions.

    Lots of stairs. And be warned it’s warm in July since there is no AC. Can make it a bit difficult to sleep at night. The addition of a few fans would have been helpful.

    L'emplacement central qui permet de relier rapidement les principaux lieux touristiques de Rome, à côté de via Nazionale sur laquelle passent plusieurs lignes de bus. L'appartement est situé dans une rue animée mais néanmoins calme.

    La terrasse qui m'avait décidée pour cet appartement était sale et sans électricité, la plancha pas utilisable : du coup, nous n'avons quasiment pas pu en profiter. Pas de lampes de chevet à notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous en a cependant fourni le lendemain de notre demande. Il n'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce que l'appartement est situé au 3e étage (équivalent de 5 à 6 étages dans les appartements modernes) sans ascenseur avec un escalier vertigineux. L'une des chambres a une porte "bricolée" qui ne ferme pas hermétiquement, de la climatisation seulement dans le salon. Il faudrait réaliser des travaux, notamment dans la douche pour que le prix soit justifié. En résumé, appartement beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations offertes.
