A very uncomfortable and horrible stay - would not recommend.

The light up mirror in the bathroom, the throws and the biscuits.

John had said they had been doing the b&b for 34 years and in all that time I don’t think they’ve ever changed the mattress or pillows. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the duvets and use the throws to cover ourselves and the pillows were so flat and used it hurt our necks. My mum had a really bad backache in the morning. It was one of the worst nights sleeps I’ve ever had. The breakfast wasn’t hot and we felt it had been standing for a while. The quality of the products weren’t very good or fresh. We left most of it, we just couldn’t eat it, even though we were very hungry.

    Quality in every aspect

Was not expecting a conversion of such an old building to be so well thought out, designed and furnished. Breakfast had everything possible with excellent quality ingredients well cooked and each table had its own toaster!

    Nothing

Colston Hall made a great base location for a nearby wedding. Breakfast was great!
