    Location, interior design, and the view.

    The property felt understaffed. The rooms were smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities such as slippers, while makeup stains were found on the towels. The parking fee was excessive, and the hotel should have clearly communicated the exact charge and parking arrangements in advance. Requiring guests to request their car an hour ahead was highly inconvenient. There was no visible doorman or bellman at the door to assist guests with luggage or provide general help when needed, you often had to go down to reception and ask for help with even basic requests. Several details also seemed poorly designed, including outlets that did not fit the plugs and a coffee machine that had to be placed on the floor to operate. Although the interior looks luxurious, the overall experience falls well short of genuine five-star standards.
