    The Worst Homestay Experience I’ve Ever Had

    Parking n location The cleaner/owner who came in myvi who did the touch up cleaning- only good you foot doesn't turn black as fast as before.

    The condition of this house was extremely disappointing and far from acceptable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a dirty porch, dusty curtains, stained and dusty sofas with decomposed cockroaches, sticky and dusty floors, and even a dead lizard on top of the washing machine. The last room also had a very unpleasant smell. I immediately contacted the owner/PIC regarding the cleanliness issues. Instead of offering a proper solution, the response I received was simply, “If you don’t like it, I can refund the money.” Imagine travelling over 400km with family and children, only to be told to find another place at the last minute. It completely ruined the trip experience. This house is not suitable or safe for kids. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the owner/PIC, who seemed to take the complaint lightly and even laughed during the phone conversation when I explained the condition of the house. I strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this property to avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment.
