An amazing value, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Recommend to all!
This was a wonderful place to stay -- so much so, that I booked two separate stays here during my time in Guatemala City (beginning and end of trip). I had different rooms both times. Both were overall very clean, spacious, with comfy beds, and large bathrooms with good showers. The hotel is located in a non-commercial area in Zone 10, a very safe zone close to the airport (less than a 10-min Uber/taxi ride away), not overly far on foot from one of the nicest indoor shopping malls I've ever seen in my life (called Oakland Place). The staff here were extremely friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I would especially like to give a shout out and huge thank you to Ernesto Dominguez, one of the managers (?)/reception people there -- extremely professional, accommodating, and kind. Muchas gracias, señor! The hotel serves a delicious breakfast (included in price) every morning in the small dining room near to the patio (when I was there they made a crepe/frittata-like dish, along with a side of fresh fruit, black beans, and warm bread, and fresh coffee and fruit juice. An amazing value, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Recommend to all!
Very small thing -- I would add some more hooks or places to hang stuff in some of the rooms, as well as some hangers. One of the rooms I stayed in (my first night) didn't have any places to hang clothes in the room. Maybe not all the rooms are the same, and maybe they've updated this since I stayed there.

La atención del personal tanto de recepción como del servicio desayuno superaron mis expectativas. Tuve que retrasar mi vuelo porque me sentía mal y ellos estuvieron muy atentos a lo que necesitara o cómo me sentía. No recuerdo sus nombres, pero les agradezco mucho al joven de recepción y a la chica del desayuno.
