    We had a great stay !

    Close proximity to everything. Railway station , Oslo mall , main shopping area , all monuments, Opera House .Big room for a family of 4 ! Excellent breakfast ! Great staff . Quick check in and check out .Freda at the front desk was great and very welcoming

    A kettle in the room would have been perfect .

    Great central location and good sized room for the heart of the city.

    Location and value for money were great as were the staff.

    We wanted to amend our dates from 2 nights to 1 due to our flight but the request was denied. When we got there they said it would not have been an issue and it was declined by booking.com. Not sure where the issue was but it was frustrating

    Proximité de la gare, bonne ambiance, staff jeune et dynamique

    Pas de nettoyage pendant séjour ni changement serviette / lit pas fait (2 nuits). Lit beaucoup trop petit pour un grand adulte en chambre simple. Pas de rangements pour les habits dans la chambre. Froid dans la chambre (18) à l’arrivée et clim/chauffage très lents… heureusement que je suis pas venu en plein hiver.
