  Tv not working

  Good location close to Shin Osaka station.

  TV in our room didn't work either for VOD or mirror from phone. After a long day sightseeing, we just want to relax with a movie and recharge for the next day, but this wasn't possible and between language and technical skills, staff weren't equipped to sort this out. Toilet was not clear behind seat. No hot chocolate in the beverage machine (was an option in the kyoto hotel) and no complimentary snacks in the evening. Though the free breakfast is good.

  スタッフの対応はよかった。

  連泊したので、コーヒーカップの交換や、メモ用紙の追加をお願いしたが、テーブルの上に、上向きでコーヒーカップとグラスを2個づつ置いてあるだけで、所定の場所にセットされていなかった。

  A good, reasonably priced hotel option for Osaka.

  We shipped our bags to the hotel and they were ready to pick up when we arrived. The reception staff helped us ship them to the next destination as well. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of items and the breakfast room was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washer/dryer available. I got change from the front desk and did a large load of laundry. The washer/dryer instructions were easy to follow.

  It's a bit of a long walk from Shin Osaka, but not long enough to justify a cab. I'm glad we shipped our carryon bags so we didn't have to manage them as well.

  Günstiges Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Gute Lage in der Nähe des Shinkansen-Bahnhofs Das Stadtzentrum von Osaka ist in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt Schlichtes, aber vielseitiges Frühstück Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

  Der automatische Check-in ist unnötig kompliziert und erfordert häufig die Unterstützung des Hotelpersonals. Am Check-in-Automaten ist keine Zahlung mit einer digitalen Karte möglich. Wer keine physische Zahlungskarte dabei hat, kann dadurch vor erheblichen Problemen stehen.
