Your front office staff need to be very much customer-friendly and should not go by the rule book. At around 12.22 am on 9 Oct when we the senior citizens as a family (including ladies) were chatting at the lounge area , a few people almost intimated us for free drinks and we had to leave the lounge immediately to our rooms to avoid any incident. We reported at the reception without any feedback so far. This is totally unacceptable in a residential hotel. Please investigate.
