    Frustrating

    Skipped the breakfast

First, not booking directly with the hotel. Second, being charged $200 for a damage fee. No one checking if any damage was done during our overnight stay. No one communicating when we would get the damage fee charge refunded. We're over 70 and had no energy after flying all day to damage the property. No receipt for the room, the damage fee deposit and the incidentalsl charge. Would like someone to look in to this with positive results. As far as the request for a parking spot we just parked in the first available spot.

It looks worse in person than the online pictures.

    The room was decent size.

The rooms are clearly older, but have been updated. Still the overall vibe isn't that good. I killed a big (small roach perhaps) in my room upon entering the first time.
