Love the location and the staff helps you with whatever needs you have.
The hot tub was a little too hot and the jets didn't work. Also, the workout facility was closed.

Dont recommend to stay
Bed comfortable. Room clean. Parking was easy cause theres plenty of space. Has complimentary breakfast of usual staple. .very close to freeway 84, 30 and scenic 14.
Complimentary coffee in lobby run out. Cant make my oatmeal cause no hot water available in breakfast area. Building side door near our room not locking i.e. always unlocked with no card key needed to open so anyone can enter. A door sign says the door is locked at 9 pm and guests should use front lobby door after 9pm but that was not enforced so hotel guest safety was a big concern. The only room view is either parking area or the freeway. I asked the front desk staff about a nearby grocery store to buy snacks/drinks and received lukewarm answer where it is but that didnt really help me. Checking in and checking out was very very slow and theres no line or other guests. Also annoying is that the whole time, one of the 2 card keys was not working even though we went to the front desk and let her know and still wasnt fixed. We gave up bec our stay is only for a night n not worth dealing with front desk person. Took her a long time just to figure out how to generate or print a receipt Stay was very very disappoining for the rate we paid for a night.
