Good hotel with a good location
It was located close to shopping, dinning and had good access to the highway
I wished the bed pillows were larger. There was a plastic cup under the chair by the bed my entire stay.

* The breakfast was beyond what I expected from a "complimentary continental" breakfast! The choice was amazing! * The staff from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, dining room staff were all friendly, helpful, and very professional. Although I was there for multiple nights, the housekeepers came every day to empty trash, straighten the bathroom, AND make the beds! I've had lengthy stays at other hotels and there was no housekeeping in my room for the entire stay. But at Comfort Inn, Bowie, I did not have to track them down to get towels and had fresh beds each day! * There were plenty of convenient Handicapped Parking spots!
The Spanish speaking staff spoke well with guests, but spoke Spanish while working and in front of guests in the rooms. The only thing that bothers me is that when they are speaking another language in front of guests, it makes me feel like they are saying things they don't want me to understand - assuming I don't speak Spanish. But.... that being said, the staff that did speak Spanish in front of me while cleaning my room were very friendly and professional.

The Comfort Inn Conference Center in Bowie is a convenient location with breakfast - but expensive.
Convenient location at Rt 50 and 301, breakfast was good to very good. The breakfast was good with lots of selections, and the grille portions of the fish sandwich, small french fries, and small onion rings were plentiful.
1. I was disappointed that there were no disposable plates and utencils so that I could bring the food to my room. I get your concept of the communal experience but some of us would rather avoid that and eat in our food in our room. 2. After I ordered drinks at Happy Hour to bring to the outside patio, which I clearly told the bartender, when it was served to me I was told THEN that I couldn't bring it outside. Boo! I got a refund. 3. The safe in my room didn't work. 4. The TV guide on the TV needs to provide better info, not just the channel name. You have to click on each one to see what's playing. How about a guide that shows all that? 5. Lastly, I couldn't believe I paid $500 for a two night stay. Your demand pricing, while I realize is legal, is not ethical and borders on predatory.

My stay was good.
I thought the breakfast was good, and the location is great. I have stayed there twice already.
I wanted more space in the fitness center.
