Will not be staying here again
Location was convenient . I had to work in San Bernardino, this hotel was minutes away from the city.
I called in advance to ask if I could change my room from a 1 bed to 2 bed. I made it known that I had purchased a room online and when i called to talk to the front desk, they said I would not have issues when I showed up. Once I showed up, i was denied my request, after I was told this would not be an issue. The staff member did not even try to accommodate and brushed off my concern. This was disappointing.

Good value, clean, good breakfast
The breakfast was great.The room was nice and clean. The cost was pretty good.
Elevator not working, no bedding for sofa bed and we had 3 in our reservation. No staff to bring it to us.

Everything was in walking distance.
The bathroom wasn't clean. Some stains on the toilet and the wall rail.

horrible, never again.

it said we got a non smoking room, the entire hall smelled like smoke. we were not able to sleep because the neighbors were banging doors and yelling at 1am. room smelt dirty and like dust. the room was extremely hot. the bathroom didn’t have an air system. the elevator was out of service in which we also were not aware of so we had to climb a flight of stairs.
