Really shouldn't be called the comfort inn cause it was not comfortable at all
How close it was to carowinds park
That the AC broke and I couldn't sleep that night before I had to drive the long drive back home and that I was supposed to get a room with 2 queen beds and instead I got a room with 2 full sized beds and the night that the AC broke they couldn't even move us to a room with a working ac and maintenance waited till 6 am to come in and fix the problem that only took 30 mins to fix and I paid so much and they didn't even discount my stay or refund anything or make it right in anyway

There was no way to fully close the bathroom door. It needs a new handle The window was leaking with the rain.

Not what I expected.
Breakfast every morning was clutch and good af
The overall facility is old and not clean. The pictures on booking make it look better than what it is. It’s definitely an “inn”. Room was old and dirty I didn’t feel safe staying there alone.
