    Not a happy chappy

    I absolutely loved the lady at the desk. She was stellar. She went above and beyond to find me a different hotel and a pet friendly room as I was there for my dog to have major surgery. And for whatever reason the hotel had sold my room to someone else even though I booked it over a week ago.

    I didn't like that I booked my room a week in advance. Pet friendly room king suite with a couch with the sole purpose of having a spot my dog could lay down and be comfortable because we were there so he could have major surgery. We drove 2 hours to get there and when we arrive just to find out they have sold my room to someone else. So the stellar lady at the desk called to their sister hotel nextdoor the Roadway inn and asked them to please accommodate me with whatever I needed. So I moved next door to the Roadway inn. It was an absolutely ridiculous thing to have to go through.
