I liked that it was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. When we needed help with something they helped us right away and accommadated for things that weren't available at the time. Also it was at a good value.

Didn't like the shampoo and conditioner, the breakfast was good just wish there were a few more options and the ice machine was broken but was accommodated for it
