NOT RECOMENDED!
Nothing
We do not recommend this hotel or its staff at all. The staff sit on their phones the whole time, and when you arrive to check in they act very offended that someone has come. A heavyset, younger man is very rude, doesn’t explain anything about the hotel, and is curt with guests. A young woman at reception with dark hair also sits on her phone constantly; she runs away and hides from guests when it rings, so guests have to wait several minutes. Not to mention the cleaner, who watches TikToks instead of working. About the hotel itself: The room smelled as if it hadn’t been aired for 50 years. The room furnishings are from the 1970s. Everything is worn and dirty. There was no toilet brush, no shower gel (only shampoo). The room is very noisy so you cannot sleep. You can hear people walking above you, their conversations, and them flushing the toilet. At 5 a.m. there was terrible noise — someone was rolling a cart through and didn’t care that people were sleeping. The corridor lights are on all night, so the room is bright. Breakfast — an utter disaster. No choice. Plastic cutlery, cardboard plates — and this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel? Options were: toast, old bagels, waffles, butter, jam and yogurt, an egg and a couple of small sausages. Nothing more. The coffee was undrinkable — disgusting. The juices from the machine were also undrinkable, and the chairs are so old they are almost breaking. We are very disappointed to have had such a lousy stay. There are many bad reviews; the staff promise changes, but obviously nothing has improved so far. A hotel like this does not deserve 4 stars!
