    Booked the room in advance arrived to the property with the power out. I understand the reason but communication to the arriving guest letting them know the situation would have been nice. After a 5 hour drive that's the last thing anyone wants to pull up to.

    They took money not owed to them

    It was open during hurricane

    They made us leave the next morning early due to power outages. However they have still taken money out of my bank account for days that we didn’t stay. They tell booking.com it was refunded but I have proof on my bank account it was taken out for days not we weren’t even there

    Well, after surviving a hurricane, they did the best they could to accommodate the guests they had. The power came back on and all was good.

    The room floor was wet and stinky.

    Horrible

    Breakfast was ok

    That when I arrived the front desk was not friendly no one smiled every time I asked the front desk a question I got shot down. I wanted a total refund but I only received a partial. I changed rooms 4 times I do believe, from a broken toilet to ac unit wasn't working,to the bedding. I reported it but to no avail, even the gm was ugly. I will never stay here again and if ppl was to stay that's on them I only found this at the last minute, I usually stay in an Airbnb. I checked out before 9:00 a.m.
