Horrible service figuring out what Happened with our reservation. No answers!
My reservation got canceled the day of arrival!!!! Super mad that 9 people had to share one room!

Cancelled bookings
The staff was exceptional. They did all they could to make our stay great amongst crappy circumstances. Good location to county fair.
1 of our reservations was cancelled without notice 24 hours before our arrival after speaking with staff to correct a booking issue we thought had been figured out. The 7 people in our party were forced to all stay in 1, 2 bed room, with 3 of us sleeping on the floor as cots were considered a fire hazard (although i am sure we exceeded the max occupancy of the room. There were also multiple rooms cancelled for the night including truck drivers for the bands performing that night. We also found out there were a number of rooms left vacant for the night. Not sure what happened but many guests with issues for this particular night. I am sure it was just 1 messed up night, but made our trip cramped and complicated.

Staff was all very pleasant.
I tried requesting an early check in as soon as I booked with no response months ahead, I tried contacting with no response, that was a down fall. I did get the early check in when I called the day ahead thankfully, however the room wasn’t cleaned very well, toilet had hair all over it still, sink had hair in it still, fridge wasn’t very clean, I didn’t want to complain and be rude. When I came back in the middle of the night I wanted a shower but realized hair was still in the shower. I did find a housekeeper as soon as I got in the room to fix the toilet, she was very kind. All of the staff I encountered were incredibly kind. I appreciated all of the efforts, and kindness of the staff. Was ok for my quick stay, just needed a bed!
