I was not impressed. Very disappointed.

Location was good. The breakfast was OK.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds due to a knee surgery that I recently had. When we checked in the clerk didn't tell us that he was moving us to 1 king room. When I called down to complain, he said that my reservation was for a King room, which was incorrect. I spoke with the person that was working the next morning and she said I needed to call the Manager on Tuesday. I called the number she gave me and I didn't even get a voice mail so I could leave a message. Not good customer service. Very disappointing.
