It was very near to the place where the balloon festival is going to be held. The lady in the front desk gave us balloons for the fest to remember by my children were si happy!

The room was a little musty and does not look like it was really clean.

Property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, you had a great view of the balloons going up, fireworks and drone display.
