The shower rod was too high so the bathroom flooded (room 220)

Hot tub does not work, jets are broken, main parking lot was being repaved which led to a major inconvenience at check in, elevators and hallways were dirty and wallpaper needs to be replaced. What is depicted on the internet and the actual premises leave much to be desired.,

Really nice room. Very clean and nice and modern. Super friendly lady who checked us in at 7 pm…loved the ice water and free cookies! Would stay here again!

Their staff are either thieves or they don’t clean the rooms. We had an expensive hair crimper get left in the windowsill. The staff claim they can’t find it which means they either took it themselves or left it in the room for the next guest to take.
