Disappointing Hotel Experience: Cleanliness, Parking, and Room Concerns
The staff were accommodating
I was disappointed with the property’s location, limited parking, and concerns about my car’s safety. The room felt damp and moldy, had a strong animal odor, and was dim, cramped, and outdated. To make matters worse, we saw a large roach crawling up the wall before bed, which was the final straw. I requested a room change and a refund for the unused night. The staff was apologetic and accommodating, moving us to a clean, odor-free room. However, the window was obstructed by a sign, leaving us with a poor view. Although I appreciated the staff’s efforts and the refund, the overall experience was uncomfortable enough that I decided to end my trip early and return home.

Great location and met my expectations.
The man that worked the breakfast did a great job. The scrambled eggs were better than any hotel I have stayed at. Not sure what he did different? When checking in Keke was very friendly and helpful.
The smell of cleaning fluid was overwhelming when checked in. Both in the lobby as well as our room.
