Good but didn’t feel staff were helpful, except the guy at breakfast buffet.

    Very convenient location

Asked for extra pillows and they did not give us. Bed felt like feet higher than head, thus the extra pillow request. Staff didn’t do anything when a large group of people were making noise late at night. Cold coffee at 4:30AM, as we had an early flight out.

If those issues had not occurred stay would have been done

It was 5 minutes from the airport

When we got there we were given our room on the 3rd floor then told the elevators were out. We had large suitcases ect from 2 week vacation. The front desk staff was kind enough to move us to the 2 floor which was better than 3 There was a group of kids when we arrived in the lobby. I didn’t think much about it.. but at 20 pm a group of girls arrived on floor and were loud and having lots of fun all night long!!! We called front desk - they were quiet for few minutes
