    It was uncomfortable and loud.

    We were right by the pool and it was too loud during the adult swim for my two young boys. If we were there taking the pool then it may not be as bad. The Pillows were uncomfortable. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable (and right by the pool) so all four of us had to squeeze into the full size bed. We left something there and were getting varying answers about how to get it shipped to us.

    Lousy

    Someone had a birthday party in the breakfast room at 7am. Most people did not stay there but were coming in just for the party. Even though they were not eating they still used up most of the tables and were standing around by the entrance and the walls. Actually guests were getting their food and sitting out in the lobby to eat. Very unprofessional

    Small bathroom, light over sink not working, lousy breakfast experience, hard beds
