You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card and credit card holder must be present when checking in, along with picture identification of the guest checking in. If someone else other than the credit card holder is checking in, they must have their own valid credit card for payment. The reservation will be invalid if the above is not presented. If you plan on bringing a pet, please contact the hotel directly in the first instance due to limited pet-friendly rooms. Please note that a maximum of two pets are allowed per room upon request and subject to approval.
