    Stay was good, management SUCKED

    The manager openly berated the cleaning staff while we were at the front desk, waiting to check in. We also heard another couple who checked in after us comment about the same thing. It was disgusting how she spoke to him.

    Most enjoyabe stay.

    We travelled in our 2018 Chevy Bolt BEV. Having two charging stations in the parking lot was a real bonus and one of the factors in our selection of this hotel.

    Scary and lack of support from hotel management

    Initially it was the friendly receptionist

    That it had a fire and there was no coordination of the evacuation or no roll call It took a minimum of two hours before we were told by the ambulance crew that an emergency service has been set up It was drizzling and we were left not knowing anything or no where to go toilet which was not good for people who can’t hold bladder for long
