Uncomfortable knowing roaches were infesting the room.

There was very little to like. The bed was comfortable. The handicap accommodations were decent.

The room was disgustingly. Mom and I encountered roaches and grime. I was afraid to walk on the rug. The internet was unreliable. I reported the issues and the overall response was, this was unusual, almost implying my complaints were unfounded. I paid about $200 for one night. It was not worth it and I’m requesting a refund. The desk attendants did not offer anything for the inconvenience. Unfortunate!
