Front desk manager was banging on our door at 6am. Then they called are room. Stating that they could not find our reservation when we in fact checked in the day before. Very unprofessional.

    Overall, good place to stay

    Great value. Clean. Convenient location.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Curtains do not close, leaving lights shining through the window shade all night

Very pleasant staff. Location to downtown Nashville was excellent. Nice bathroom and great shower.

I have recently traveled overseas....and those hotels were 5 stars. I realize Comfort Inn is "comfort" and there's no comparison, but I was use to more ... I was comfortable and thankful for the easy access to Downtown Nashville.
