    Avoid at all cost

    The reviews and online presence were what sold me to book this location.

    The property has change owners and has gone very downhill from the reviews and online presence. The property is in much need of repairs starting with the necessary elevator that is out of service leading us to use the stairs with all our luggage. The window is propped open with a Gatorade bottle, the hot water takes five minutes to work in the shower, and the room is filthy with dust spider webs and hairs. My asthma and allergies were immediately triggered and I could not cancel and change locations as the staff reminded me I used a third party to book this terrible place. When I spoke to the desk person they just shrugged it off like “we got paid so we don’t care.”

    The place is great, especially the suite

    The rooms were so inconvenient. I will always be back here whenever in rome

    I just wished the windows actually opened but its a hotel so thats all
