    Nobody friendly in Rochester.

    Roomy and clean.

None of the staff smiled. Ever. Bathroom was agreed strangely.

Worst Experience of Comfort Inn EVER!

That we booked and confirmed 2 nights through bookings. com and when we arrived at 1am the guy at the desk said there was an emergency and we no longer had a room. My husband was due at Mayo Clinic in the morning and there we stood at 1am without accommodations that we secured about 2 weeks prior. I will NEVER STAY AT A COMFORT INN AGAIN. Did not offer to even find us a room in town somewhere else. Just stated there were plenty of hotels in town. And fun fact: they already charged my credit card. I want my money back and maybe more. I am beyond angry about this.
