Nice hotel! Hot tub was broke but getting fixed!
I liked the manager Charlene! I had an embarrassing experience with the front desk girl Melinda at breakfast! I had my girlfriend and her girls with me and we arrived at breakfast at 9 am and was yelled at that breakfast was over but the girls can have some cereal! Being that there is no place in Woodward that sells sit down and eat breakfast this kinda was a bummer! But we were really embarrassed and felt put on the spot! When the manager heard about what had happened to us from other people that heard it, she came up to our room to check on us and bring us anything that we needed! She kept apologizing and said that she would handle it and it will Not happen again! Thank God for Charlene!
The front desk person Melinda was very unprofessional and rude! She embarrassed my whole family!

Nice hotel with courteous staff.
Good location and pretty decent breakfast. Would recommend.
The air conditioning was out in the lobby, but the one in the room worked just fine.

Room was comfortable but the full facility is not well maintained.
Beds were comfortable.
The pool area needs cleaned. The kids were able to swim but the pool was cold. The hot tub was nasty. It was full of sand and didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. If you are wanting a nice place for the kids to play I would go somewhere else.
