I arrived, but no response, they didn't take my call, just ignore my calls. We waited with my family outside in unknown country, it's so disappointing , bad story, very bad

A total nightmare. We arrived only to be denied check-in by a host who shouted and insulted us for no reason. We were left in shock and had to scramble for another place. Horrible attitude and zero customer service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this host. Everything was confirmed, but upon arrival, the host refused to check us in and spoke to us in a highly aggressive and disrespectful manner. We were left stranded in an unfamiliar place with all our luggage, forced to urgently look for another accommodation. This host is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!

The place felt like home, and the location is easy if you drive and parking is easy too. Nearby with many options of supermarket too.
Maybe to have some cleaning service daily or some tools for self cleaning if that possible.
