I had an absolutely terrible experience with this host. Everything was confirmed, but upon arrival, the host refused to check us in and spoke to us in a highly aggressive and disrespectful manner. We were left stranded in an unfamiliar place with all our luggage, forced to urgently look for another accommodation. This host is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!
