    Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und vor allem tolles Personal!

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Chatan, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Man läuft etwa zehn Minuten zum Meer und American Village und auch Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in Kürze zu erreichen. Man kann sich jederzeit frische Handtücher nehmen sowie für kleines Geld Waschmittel an der Rezeption kaufen. Insbesondere dem freundlichen Personal möchte ich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Wir mussten ungeplant aufgrund eines Taifuns drei Nächte länger bleiben, aber Marcelo hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt und wir konnten das Zimmer problemlos verlängern. Er hat uns dabei geholfen, mit der Airline in Kontakt zu kommen, um einen neuen Flug zu buchen und war stets extrem höflich!

    Es gibt zwar einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Herdplatte, allerdings muss man sich das Equipment zum Kuchen sowie Besteck für einen kleinen Aufpreis an der Rezeption ausleihen. An sich kein Problem, es wäre aber vorteilhaft, deutlicher darauf hinzuweisen.

    A clean, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location.

    The location was great, and the room was super clean. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was really convenient and made everything so easy. Check-in was super easy, and Marcelo from reception was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

    また泊まります

    スタッフの方がとても親切でした。特に男性スタッフの方で無理なお願いも笑顔で本当に親切にご対応頂きました。こんなサ-ビスができるホテルは素晴らしいと思います。 水回り、お部屋が清潔でした。洗濯機、乾燥機があり 長期滞在でも不便はないですね〜私達は10泊しましたが何の問題もなく沖縄に住んでるかのように滞在できました。 アメリカンビレッジまでも徒歩で5分位ですし、レンタカーがなくても58号が近いので桑江バス停がすぐ近くにあります。

    良くない点と言うよりあったら良いなと思ったのは、 クロ-ゼットと脱衣所に置くカゴがあれば良かったかなぁって思いました。
