    Was not able to stay, they cancelled our reservation to get more money for the room due to football.

    I picked this hotel because it is close to my sisters house and is off the freeway far enough to kill the traffic noise.

    Unfortunately there was a Broncos football game and apparently because we got a discounted rate through Booking.com, they cancelled our room reservations by leaving a voicemail. A voice mail that I did not receive for some reason. When I asked why the reservation was cancelled the response was it had a television that did not work. So after cancelling my reservation, they then installed a new television and rented the room to someone else. Could not tell me why they just did not fix the issue without cancelling my reservation. So to find a decent room we had to drive back to Meridian because all other rooms were rented because of the game. Will never make another reservation here because of this and their attitude towards this issue.

    The rooms were disgusting carpet was stained a.c didn't work room smelled tub and sink were constantly clogged

    Was OK, not exceptional.

    Location was good.

    Gravy was blah on the biscuits & Gravy, fruit was over ripe. Elevator didn't work. No ice on our floor.
