Ok
This property was Springhill Suites and sold to Comfort Inn. They were not able to fine our booking when I called a 2 week before Aug. 28. I called Booking and was told it was taken care of. The next day I called Comfort Inn and was told they had the booking. When we arrived 3 people checked and said they did not have a booking. I showed them the e-mail from Springhill suites and from Comfort Inn. Then they found the booking and told me they would check if the Springhill suites rate was lower then they rate. I told them it was paid in full and show they my booking. The manager was very rude and gave us the key and he would check on it. When we checked out he told me I was the person that had a problem. He told me it was Marriott problem. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. Not sure about Booking.
