    Never again.

Not much. Location and convenience for what we were in town for. Breakfast was ok.

Elevator needs to be repaired. The floor tile entering into it is a trip hazard and as you reach the third floor it the vibration and rattle sounds like the something is really wrong. Our room had a smell I cannot describe, just an off smell. Overall cleanliness needs to be better, seems a little run down. Not at all what we expected but the best option for Waupaca when comparing reviews.
