    Beautiful hotel but can be noisy

    We enjoyed the clean and updated facility, friendly staff, bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower.

    The room was a bit dark (not a lot of lighting), the pillows too small, and our room faced the interstate so it was tough to sleep soundly.

    I thought it was a good stay but was very disappointed with your front desk agent.

    It was very clean and close to everywhere we needed to be. The shower was wonderful.

    The man that worked when we checked in was not friendly. At all. AND that same man was there the next day when I asked for french vanilla creamer and he told me no, guests are only allowed to have that at breakfast. RUDE! If your number 1 priority is customer satisfaction, handing a guest 4 tiny french vanilla creamers would have met your mark! Instead, he told me NO! Shocking. Also, you need a body wash in the shower. I didn't bring mine because most hotels have it available.
