I would prefer to stay somewhere that does not allow pets.
The breakfast did not appeal to me so I didn’t eat it. The location was okay, but the other side of Fernley would have been better for my stay. Also, the noise from a train was bothersome.
I am alergic to cats. A cat had been in my room and I woke up every morning with itchy eyes. I was not told at checkin that I had to request daily cleaning. Daily cleaning might have helped.

Room was clean. Customer Service was great, but the bathtub was a fall hazard for anyone rather handicapped or not.
The rooms were clean and friendly staff.
On the first floor the bathtubs are fall hazards due to the bathtub is slanted in which almost caused me to fall twice and the water after draining stayed in the middle of the bathtub. The tub mate did not work to help prevent me from possibly falling. We stayed in Room 104 which is a handicap room and u would think they would not put a handicapped person in a room with a defected bathtub. After complaining to the manager, they did move us to another handicap room that was on the third floor that had a bathtub that was not a fall hazard. It was much safer to get in and out of. But unfortunately, it took us filing a complaint with the manager in order for us be put in a proper room with a proper bathtub and we were not told when we checked in about the condition of the bathtub in the bathroom.
