Safety, comfort, cleanliness, amenities
I was charged $250 on my credit card separate from the cost of my room and I went to the front desk when I checked out and the gentleman said it’s because someone in my Party was smoking on the balcony. And I advised him that we did not have any members of our party that were smokers and we did not smoke on the property and he had to call someone for a photo evidence and then he showed me the picture but no one smoking in the picture and I tried to tell him that. He didn’t really care and refuse to send the picture to me because all it showed was a hand and legs on the balcony and there was no smoke. There was no cigarette. It was just a person sitting there. I am a platinum member of another hotel group and I really wanted to switch to comfort suites from now on, but after that experience of being falsely accused of something that I didn’t do nor my husband didn’t do, I’m debating on ever staying there again and we fly to Florence Kentucky often to meet Family in Newport.

Clean modern up to date hotel elevator was noisy the location is a little off the main road it was $156 and 30 min north it's $83 for same hotel chain.
