    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

    Nothing. Garage place & staff.

    Worst experience in my life. Front desk Paul Hagley was an absolute JERK. We called THREE times to double check it would be fine to check in late. Every single time it was fine & they were to leave a note. We get to the hotel, they cannot find our reservation. NO ROOMS AVAILABLE!! Why did we call?! Stranded 3 hours away without a hotel room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! PAUL HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING & HES A P FOR THREATENING TO CALL THE COPS!!!! Booking.com was also not any better, did not give us a refund for the room THAT WE DID NOT STAY IN. Basically robbed us of $200! It I could give ZERO stars I would.
