    We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Water was leaking from the ceiling directly onto the AC unit, which was plugged into electricity! The carpet, curtains, and AC were all wet. This was a serious safety hazard, and we couldn’t even use the AC during the night because we were worried about getting electrocuted. And it gets worse. When we got home, we discovered that our laptop was no longer working. Our luggage had been sitting right underneath the leaking ceiling, and the laptop was apparently damaged by the water. We reported everything to the hotel, and the staff even gave us a handwritten note confirming what happened. But management refused to refund us or compensate us for the damage. They haven’t been willing to communicate or take responsibility either. We paid over $540 for two nights and ended up with an unsafe room, a broken laptop, and absolutely no help from management. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Accidents happen, but the way management handles them says everything about the property.

    Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a surprise. More than a standard Continental. Food was good. Room was very spacious and bathroom as well.
