Clean and close to downtown, but understaffed.
Super clean! This is the most important thing to me, so I was very happy about that. The pool, the sheets, the bathroom. All clean.
I’m not sure if they are understaffed or if the program they are running is just not efficient, but there is no one at the front desk and no one answering your calls. I’m not a super needy customer but I got locked out of my room, my key card wouldn’t work, and there was simply no one to be found. They also have a well stocked market but again, no one at the desk to help you buy things. I had to wait over 10 minutes. Just something to think about.

The bed was clean and comfortable
Filthy, stained carpeting. Broken plumbing. No hand held shower head. Terrible coffee and breakfast. Noisy ice machine in front of the door of our suite. Loose door hinges. Filthy sofa-bed.

Disappointing
Location
It is very old. We got there at 2 PM and check-in is at 3 PM. We were told there is a room available, but if you want to check in now, we have to pay extra. When we finally did check-in, we had a suite or five people, and there were only two towels in the bathroom. Very old and outdated. I was happy. We were only there one night. I would not go there again.
