    What a joke and a complete embarrassment for a well known brand.

    Nothing. Want to check in after having a reservation over a month ago? No power. Nobody at the front desk.

    The entire experience. Nobody bothered to call me to let me know that they had no power before I got all the way to town and didn't have a place to stay.
