Dirty Room – We Left After Only 2 Hours
Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about our experience. The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When we arrived, both mirrors in our room were dirty, the bathtub had not been properly cleaned, and we found a hair tie that did not belong to us. Even the tissue box holder was dirty. I reported these issues to a staff member named Tylor, who told me he would notify housekeeping. However, the condition of the room made us very uncomfortable. We had booked and paid for one night, but after spending approximately 1–2 hours at the hotel, we decided to leave without staying overnight. It is unacceptable to pay for a hotel room that has not been properly cleaned before guests arrive. This was a very disappointing experience, and I have photographs documenting the condition of the room.
